Blog Income Report - How To Read This Page
At The Entrepreneur Ride Along, I try to be as open and transparent as possible. That is why I'm sharing my revenue and expenses, the real behind the scenes numbers from my websites. These are the websites that I've started and scaled. I want to show you real numbers so you know what to expect (and what's possible) when you launch your online business.
I'm not the first one to post my income report online. In fact, I got this idea from Pat Flynn, I used to review Pat Flynn's income reports every month. Reviewing Pat's monthly income, seeing how he was making money online (and how I could do the same) was one of the most helpful blogs that I read. Seeing how Pat, a regular guy just like me, was making over $10,000 per month selling PDF eBooks truly inspired me and showed me the possibilities in the online business space.
I want to do the same to help you. I want you to see what is possible when you start an online business, I want you to see the successes I am having (and the mistakes I am making) so that you can begin making money online. I will publish a new blog income report every quarter (after I pay my quarterly taxes) to show you my results from the previous three months.
Below, and in each upcoming blog income report, I will post three tables:
- Revenue
- Expenses
- Income
I will breakdown my real revenue and expenses for each one of my websites. Below these tables, I will give you some insight behind the scene into what I am doing with each blog, what happened during the last quarter, and how I plan to continue scaling.
And if this sparks some ideas for you, or encourages you to go out and start an online business for yourself, I encourage you to start today. If you just need some ideas, go ahead and download my five website ideas (the businesses I would start if I had more time). Enjoy!
Proof
For proof, and to show I'm not making these numbers up, I will include screenshots at the bottom of this blog from my Stripe account showing revenue generated from each business over the last quarter.

Blog Income Report - Summary
In total, quarter one was a great three month stretch for me! The bulk of revenue is still coming from AssociatePI, but my entrepreneur group coaching program kicked off and added a nice lump sum of revenue in February and March. Below, I will provide a bit more insight into each website's performance this quarter, and what to expect in the future.
AssociatePI
AssociatePI had a strong start to 2020, totaling a little over $20,000 in revenue. This is my oldest and best performing site, so this is to be expected. Most months average around $5,000 in recurring revenue, but these past three months I saw incredible growth. My efforts in blogging/podcasting, driving more traffic to the website and driving more leads into my email sales funnel is now starting to pay off.
I also formed a new affiliate relationship in March. I expect this to continue paying dividends in the future, hopefully resulting in an extra $200 to $500 in revenue per month as I recommend other study material and online courses for insurance exams that I have not yet created an online course for.
See below for screenshot from Stripe, for proof of monthly revenue.

Pomsky Owners Association
My membership program continues to grow slowly, adding a few new members each month. Books sales remain strong, selling 30 to 40 books per month through the Amazon KDP program, resulting in a profit (after Amazon Sales fees) of about $300 per month. My Amazon affiliate efforts are just beginning to pay off, after starting to push Amazon affiliate products in January and writing 10 new blogs specifically to drive affiliate income, my affiliate revenue is increasing steadily month over month as I continue to see more clicks to my Amazon affiliate products.
See below for screenshot from Stripe, for proof of monthly revenue. Please note, this is screen capture is membership fees only it does no include my affiliate revenue.

The Entrepreneur Ride Along
I continue to grow my coaching practice at The Entrepreneur Ride Along, helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their online businesses. My "build a business" coaching program kicked off with great success, with five members paying $500 each. I will launch another group coaching progam in quarter two and continue to serve my paid coaching clients.
I'm just beginning to introduce a few affiliate products to The Entrepreneur Ride Along, I expect this to generate additional revenue in quarter two.
Next Quarter
I expect this good start to 2020 continue into the next quarter, maybe with a slight dip as a result of Covid-19. Next quarter I am launching another group coaching program at The Entrepreneur Ride Along, I am releasing an audio book for the Pomsky Owners Association, and I am starting a new website agile exam academy which I expect to start generating revenue next quarter. Combine these new revenue streams with my passive income streams and I expect to see more stead growth throughout 2020.
